i know a fun plugin called:movecraft
you should add it cause it adds:
cars train flying things etc.

We have some experience with this mod....

.... and we feel it wouldn't add much to the server. For those who don't know how this mod works it basically operates by turning a mass of blocks into a "vehicle" which can be controlled by hitting the air in the desired direction of travel. It does have some use for elevators but in other instances mine carts, boats and even the portals available with Runecraft are simply more practical and useful for transport.
