The iconomy plugin provides the server with an economy..
There are many ways to earn money to see a list click HERE
Usefull commands below:

BOLD = Required
Italics = Optional or Argument

- /money [Guests]
Checks your balance

- /money player_name [Guests]
Checks other player's balance

- /money help [Guests]
Displays help with this plugin

- /money pay player_name [Guests]
Sends money to specified player
